We deliver to all member states of the European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs

Germany: Standard delivery: free

European Union (excluding Germany): Standard delivery: €4.99 per order

The total price, including shipping costs, is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery will take place within 10 working days of ordering (Germany: within 7 working days).

In the event of any delays, we will inform you promptly.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 working day of receiving payment.

Shipping & Logistics

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Depending on the delivery address, your order may be handled by different local carriers.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties or import charges apply.

All prices shown in our shop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the additional costs incurred for re-shipping (up to a maximum of €4.99 for EU destinations).
